Pricing FAQ

Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Sign in with OTP, use credits, cancel in one click.
What if I run out of credits mid-month?
You top up in-app with a card. Unused credits from the base plan do not roll over; top-up credits do, for 90 days.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrade is immediate and prorated. Downgrade applies at the next renewal.
Invoices and VAT?
We emit VAT-compliant invoices for EU businesses. Reverse charge for intra-EU. VAT ID collected at checkout.
Can I pay annually via bank transfer?
From Growth up, yes. Reach out via Talk to sales.
Do you have a non-profit / education plan?
Yes - 50% off Growth after a short eligibility check. Email sales@expandigo.com.
Refunds?
Full refund within the first 14 days, no questions. After that, prorated on remaining months.
What happens when I cancel?
Workspace becomes read-only for 30 days. You can export everything before it's deleted.
